The 2024 Independent Student Entrepreneur Academy (AWMM) held by Universitas Brawijaya became a platform for competition and the development of entrepreneurial potential among students from various universities in Indonesia. This event was attended by 443 students, resulting in 111 innovative products from various sectors such as culinary, services, agriculture, livestock, and fashion.
One of the proud achievements was made by a team consisting of students from Unija and UB, led by Nazilatul Munawwarah. This team includes Nazilatul Munawwarah, Titin Syahadatina, Tini from Unija, Joanna Jasmin Suwanto, and Muhtar Amin from Universitas Brawijaya.
This group was selected to pitch at the expo stage of the Samantha Krida Building at Universitas Brawijaya and successfully won the Best Video Demoday AWMM 2024 award.
Nazilatul Munawwarah expressed her gratitude for this achievement. She shared that the experience of participating in AWMM provided many valuable lessons.
�I am very happy, feel challenged, and inspired. I learned many new things during this program,� said Nazilatul.
She hopes to apply the knowledge and experience gained from the AWMM program to develop her entrepreneurial potential in the future. �I want to continue developing the skills I�ve gained and stay connected with other participants, the committee, and the mentors who have guided us. Collaboration and sharing knowledge in the future will certainly be very valuable,� she added.
This award reflects Unija's commitment to encouraging its students to actively participate in national entrepreneurial development programs. Support from the university, as well as collaboration with mentors and other participants, was key to the success of this team.
AWMM 2024 at Universitas Brawijaya was not only a competition but also a platform for developing students' entrepreneurial skills and networks. With the achievement gained, the Unija team hopes to inspire other students to continue innovating and contributing to the world of entrepreneurship.
